Residential CGI for Sun Valley Gated Community in Pyla, Cyprus: Case Study
Marinakis Property Developers is a Cyprus-based property development company. They specialize in creating unique design-driven homes in the most desired locations. We’ve been working with the firm since 2022 and have already completed 3 projects together. This time, the company’s representative, Anni Iakovou, contacted our 3D rendering studio in February 2023 to commission residential CGI for presenting their new large-scale real estate development. Here are the results of our collaboration on this immense project.

#1. Tasks and References
The project involved the creation of various types of residential CGI for the Sun Valley Gated Community. This complex of 15 elegant homes just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful beaches of Larnaca Bay offers a luxurious and comfortable living experience.
The extensive scope of work included:
- 3D floor plans for the 6 types of buildings present in the complex;
- 3D masterplan of the residential development based on the drone photo of the location;
- a 360 tour containing an urban shot of the area and 2 virtual tours of the residences;
- 5 exterior renders and 5 interior renders for the 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom residences.
The final CGI quality had to be 4K, 300 dpi for interior renders, exterior renders, and 2D plans, 5K for the 3D masterplan, and 8K for the virtual tours.
For us to complete this architectural visualization project, the client provided plenty of references:
- drawings for every building, as well as the master plan in DWG format;
- floor plans with elevations in PDF format;
- drone photos of the complex location;
- 3D models of the kitchen interiors;
- moodboard for the interior design choices;
- materials, textures, and style references;
- a Google Maps location of the residential development.
Based on the geographical location of the complex, we added labels with information about the closest important facilities, such as malls, hospitals, and educational institutions, to the 360 tour.
